Liberty Legislators Dig in for a Fight Against the Radical Climate Control Lobby

The fight is on to stop the socialist land grab in South Dakota!

Senator John Carley and Representative Dylan Jordan just filed Senate Bill 49 to prohibit the climate crazies from using South Dakota’s eminent domain laws to take private property. 

Summit Carbon Solutions wants to use South Dakota’s eminent domain laws to confiscate private property from South Dakotans so they can build a carbon capture pipeline and lock in BILLIONS of dollars in federal tax credits.

Summit wants to collect liquid carbon from ethanol plants across the midwest and funnel it into the rocks in North Dakota. 

To do this, they need to build a pipeline across thousands of acres of private property.

Do they want to save the planet or are they just looking to make a buck (or a few billion bucks)?

It doesn’t really matter. 

They shouldn’t be able to steal private property to advance their socialist agenda, but South Dakota law currently allows that. 

Unfortunately, four states have already greenlit this land grab, leaving South Dakota as the last battleground to stop them. 

The South Dakota Legislature must pass Senate Bill 49 and protect the property rights of their citizens right away!
