Last week, a federal judge in Kansas made a groundbreaking decision by declaring the ban on machine guns unconstitutional. At American Action Fund, we applaud this decision and believe it’s time to go even further—every gun control law across the country should be repealed.
The Second Amendment is a cornerstone of American liberty. It clearly states that “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.” The Founding Fathers included this right in the Constitution with a clear purpose: to ensure that citizens could defend themselves, their families, and their freedoms.
