Former Liberty Legislator to Lead Conservative Think Tank

One of the most rewarding things about being involved in the fight against tyranny is watching fellow freedom fighters advance in their careers. 

The most recent example is Andrew Lewis, a former Pennsylvania State Representative who was a member of American Action Fund’s Hazlitt Coalition, our team of more than 300 elite liberty legislators who fight to defeat tyranny in their states.  

As a lawmaker, Lewis led the charge for Universal School Choice to empower Pennsylvania parents with the resources necessary to take control of their children’s education.

Now, he will continue the fight for liberty as the new president and CEO of the Commonwealth Foundation, a think tank dedicated to “transforming free-market ideas into actionable public policies.”

As one of his first public actions as president, Lewis penned an op-ed expressing bold ideas to lower costs of living.
