West Virginia Delegate Laura Kimble Files Vaccine Mandate Repeal Legislation

Charleston, WV – Delegate Laura Kimble filed legislation that would fully repeal all vaccine mandates in West Virginia on Tuesday afternoon.
Delegate Kimble had this to say about her Bill as she was filing it, “West Virginians have suffered under the weight of our state’s tyrannical and cumbersome vaccine mandates for far too long. While I am grateful for the steps Governor Morrisey has taken to open up an exemption for religious and philosophical reasons, even this does not go far enough.”
If the bill were to pass, West Virginians would be completely free to determine whether taking vaccines is or is not the right choice for them.
Derin Stidd, American Action Fund’s Regional Field Manager in the state added, “The people of West Virginia are tired of having government bureaucrats and Fauci fanboys make their healthcare decisions. This legislation is really quite simple – Your healthcare decisions should be your own, and the government should stay out of your business.”
Kimble concluded her statement with, “West Virginians should not need a special exception of any kind to refuse a vaccine. These decisions should be made by individuals and families, not by the state. That’s why my bill seeks to completely eliminate vaccine mandates across the board.”
American Action will be tracking this important legislation, and will keep you informed about its progress.
