Hundreds of Bills Filed as Part of the Mission to Transform States into Beacons of Liberty

By AAF | Jan 22, 2025

As state legislatures across the country convene for the 2025 legislative session, American Action Fund’s liberty legislators are already leading the way with hundreds of pro-freedom bills filed.

To date, members of AAF’s ‘Hazlitt Coalition’ have filed more than 300 bills that will advance the cause of liberty on issues such as education, healthcare freedom, the economy, and various other key areas.

Legislation such as a Right to Work House Bill 238 filed by New Hampshire Representative Daniel Popovici-Muller has the potential to change hundreds of thousands of lives for the better, unshackling New Hampshire’s workers from compulsory union membership.

South Carolina House Bill 3125 by Rep. Jordan Pace would repeal the state income tax, stopping the state from stripping away the fruit of South Carolinians’ hard work.

House Bill 1 by Idaho Rep. Clint Hostetler, House Bill 1009 by Rep. Heather Baxter in South Dakota, and House Bill 212 by Rep. Briscoe Cain in Texas would equip parents to choose how and where their children are educated – true school choice bills.

Nationwide, American Action Fund’s elite coalition of liberty legislators is leading the way in the fight to pass transformative laws that truly protect the freedom of everyday Americans.

No other organization is working as hard to restore American values as American Action Fund.
